{ General Return Policy }

If a customer is not happy with their purchase and the item is in good & resalable condition we will refund the customer the cost of the item less any shipping charges. This request must be made within 30 days of purchase. Prefilled Communinon cups and Communion Bread are exempt from this policy - see terms below.

Imprinted Bibles cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects. In this case we will replace the exact book or Bible as well as the imprint at no charge. In the event the defective item is no longer available we will contact the customer with appropriate suggestions and/or instructions.

Prefilled Communion cups cannot be returned or exchanged except for manufacturing defects. These cups have an approved shelf life of 6 months, any replacement requests beyond this time frame cannot be honored.

Communion Bread cannot be returned or exchanged except for manufacturing defects. Most bread have a shelf life of 6-9 months, any replacement requests beyond this time frame cannot be honored.
